If your simulated prop trading demo account breaches (e.g., hits daily or max drawdown), it's closed immediately. All simulated profits are forfeited, and this extends to any Terms of Service violations or contract terminations.

No Exceptions: Applies universally, regardless of breach cause or prior profits
