PROP TRADING CLOSURE FAQs
1. When will I get my payout?
All pending payouts for funded accounts will be processed in the order they are received and will be completed within 30 days of your request. All funded traders regardless of their payout date will be allowed to withdraw their final balance. You can request a payout via the Seacrest Dashboard until February 28, 2026. Requests after this date will not be accepted.
2. When will I get a refund?
To request a refund, fill out the Refund Form by clicking here. As soon as you submit your refund request, your refund will be on a first come first serve basis and you will receive it within 30 days from your request. Must be claimed by February 28, 2026 otherwise you forfeit your refund.
3. I just made it to Funded, what happens now?
We apologize for the inconvenience, you are entitled to a 100% refund of your challenge fee. To request a refund, fill out the Refund Form by clicking here. You have until February 28, 2026 to request your refund.
4. Why are purchases not available?
After nearly four years of incredible success and achievements in our prop trading business, we have decided to close this chapter and focus on growing our CFD brokerage. As a result, further purchases are currently unavailable.
As part of this transition, you may choose to transfer your refund or payout amount directly into a Seacrest CFD Brokerage account. All affiliate payouts will be processed on a first come first serve basis as long as your payout meets the requirements stipulated in our FAQ and must be over $100 to qualify.

12. I don’t want a crypto refund I paid with my credit card?
Unfortunately, you purchased your challenge from a payment service provider we no longer support, so we can refund you by crypto or bank wire.
