You're limited to one registered profile using a single email address and accurate personal information to manage multiple simulated challenges or Live Sim prop accounts. This covers everything from signup details to KYC submissions.
If you need an email change on your profile, you need to contact our support team.
Creating more than one profile by the same person, even with different emails, slight name changes, or altered data, qualifies as multiples.
