Select Crypto: Choose "Cryptocurrency" as method, then pick coin (e.g., USDT) and network (e.g., TRC-20).
You will be taken to the payment page with your unique details - as in the screenshot below.
In the example above, invoice is showing selected coin/network, exact amount (e.g., 260.40 USDT), QR code, and wallet address.
Send Exact Amount: Transfer precisely the invoice total from your wallet/exchange (e.g., 260.40 USDT).
Remember to handle any network or exchange fees on your end by adding them to your send amount so we receive the full figure. Underpayments will leave the order pending until resolved. If you are withdrawing from an exchange, you can usually see exact amount that will reach the wallet.
When choosing your cryptocurrency and network at checkout, double check your selection carefully. The same coin, like USDT, can operate on multiple networks (e.g., TRC-20, ERC-20...), and a mismatch will means we won't receive your payment, leaving your order incomplete. For instance, if you pick USDT on TRC-20 but send it via ERC-20, the transaction won't arrive on our end. Always send the exact coin and network you selected initially to ensure a smooth process.
Always verify the address and chain twice before confirming the send. A mismatch requires us to coordinate with payment partners for recovery, which can take a few days and isn't always successful, potentially leaving funds unrecoverable.
